The Middlebury program at the Universidad de La Rioja, located in the wine-making province of La Rioja, offers students the opportunity to live and study in Logroño, a lovely provincial Spanish city of 110,000. The program at the Instituto Internacional in Madrid provides students a wealth of intellectual and cultural possibilities and enjoys a central location, making travel to various regions of the country convenient. Located in Andalucía, and with a population of 325,000, Córdoba is a modern Spanish city that blends several centuries of cross-cultural history.

Visa Deadlines and Requirements:
A visa is required to study abroad in Spain. Depending on your state of residence the process is different, however it is a long process before going abroad involving a consulate specific to your region in the US.
